We also prosecute adversary proceedings challenging the dischargeability of a debtor's debt and objecting to the debtor's overall bankruptcy discharge. Our debtor services include representing clients in all aspects of Chapters 7 consumer bankruptcy cases. We represent debtors, including many small business owners who have personally guaranteed loans made to their business. We also defend debtors in fraudulent conveyance and preferential transfer actions and in actions objecting to the debtor's discharge and the dischargeability of debts. Our firm also handles Chapter 13 bankruptcy matters.

Often, bankruptcy is not the only solution available and we advise on the practical effectiveness of filing bankruptcy as well as alternatives to bankruptcy. Our loan workout services include representing creditors and debtors with the negotiation and restructuring of debts, lender's recovery of collateral through the use of judicial and non-judicial real and personal property foreclosure proceedings, deeds in lieu of foreclosure and the recovery of rents under deeds of trust and assignment of rents.
